Jobs at Cetek: Benefits Cetek recognizes the importance of providing benefits as a means of attracting and retaining quality employees, and offers the following comprehensive benefit package to full-time employees: Health Plan: Medical coverage is provided through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and is partially subsidized by Cetek. Participants have the freedom to select the physicians and health care facilities of their choice. There is no waiting period for coverage. Dental Plan: Dental coverage is provided through Guardian, and is partially subsidized by Cetek. Participants have the freedom to select the dentist of their choice. There is no waiting period for coverage. Section 125 Plan: This benefit allows employees to make contributions toward medical and dental insurance premiums on a before-tax, rather than after-tax basis. Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance: Life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance are fully paid by Cetek. Life Insurance coverage is equal to 1X the employee's annual salary. Sick Days: Employees are entitled to receive up to 5 paid sick days per year for illness and medical appointments. Short Term Disability (STD): Short-term disability insurance is provided by Prudential, with the premiums fully paid by Cetek. Coverage is at 60% of weekly pay up to $1,000./week maximum for 8th - 90th day of sickness. Long Term Disability (LTD): Long-term disability insurance is provided by Prudential, with the premiums fully paid by Cetek. Coverage is at 60% of monthly pay up to $10,000./month maximum for disabilities that continue beyond 90 days up to age 65. |
