The portfolio is both promising and growing. It currently includes three different compound series, CTK110 (Aurora kinase inhibitor), CTK100144 (Hsp90 inhibitor) and CTK000147 (proteasome inhibitor), and leads emerging from other validated targets. These compounds are all small molecules and are at various stages of discovery and development. Cetek will enter strategic alliance discussions and development alliances on these assets based on the needs and interests of Cetek and its potential partners. |
